Each of these Whole30 desserts is simple, healthy and delicious. From easy, nutrient-packed scoops of "nice" cream to citrusy fruit salads and kebabs, these no-added-sugar desserts will satisfy your sweet tooth and help you stick to the lower-carb parameters of the Whole30 diet. Recipes like our 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream and Apple Donuts are tasty treats without dairy, added sugar or grains. Technically, the Whole30 diet discourages followers from indulging in any type of dessert—healthy or not. But here at EatingWell, we know that having flexibility in your diet, rather than lots of restrictions, results in a healthier diet overall. Enjoy!

View Recipe
Whir up frozen bananas into an "ice cream" without the cream! Peanut butter adds a natural swirl of flavor for a sweet and satisfying dessert with no added sugar. Technically, the Whole30 diet suggests leaving out legumes from your diet—and peanuts are classified as legumes. While we don't agree with leaving out this perfectly healthy food, you can easily swap in a different nut butter in place of the peanut butter.
