The Hellcat is proof that power isn't everything. The 2015 SRT Hellcat is only barely faster than the SRT 392 around America's legendary figure-8 track, Germany's north loop track, and Britain's famous test track. The supercharger really puts a toll onto the car's weight, and the Hellcat is really borderline a luxury car.

The Dodge SRT Hellcat sounds great and does awesome burnouts but the traction control is basically useless as is evident in this vid..

204mph is a governed if not a very conservative top speed. It can actually do better. And yes the Challenger Hellcat (which is supposed to go 199mph) is also actually a 200mph car. The Challenger Hellcat can hit 205+ unrestricted like the Audi R8 V10+ and the Charger Hellcat can hit 217+ unrestricted like the Lamborghini Aventador.

The Sachsenring track time seems wrong and way too high. The similar performance Challenger hellcat makes it in 1:38.92

Ok, since the 3.4 (C&D) 0-60 won't go through, I'll use the 3.7 claim by SRT, which is also mentioned by M/T.

Would you guys choose this, the Cadillac CTS-V, or the Mercury Marauder Kenny Brown S?

@BR2+
The reason is that if they don't do it for other cars, they shouldn't do it for cars just to help that particular car get a better result.
Every legit magazine that I know of has standard testing procedures for 1/4 mile and they all test at recommended tire pressure. Owners will obviously fiddle with tire pressures which is 1 reason why owners can beat magazine times in the 1/4 mile.
Lap-times are different since changing tire pressures happens when magazines test cars at the track.
