In his leisure time, Shane is an enthusiastic high-performance driver, having driven on many of the region's best racetracks. Phil was a delight to work with. I had flown into DC with limited time to find my daughter an apartment. Phil had arranged a fully packed schedule over 2 days to look at a variety of apartments (according to my requirements) in both the DC and Virginia areas. We did not waste a minute and saw over 15 apartments. Phil was strategic about the process, allowing me to get a good sense of the area in addition to the specific apartment. He was knowledgeable about the areas/neighborhood and asked all the right questions to the leasing agents. He was also a great listener and fully understood my own requirements and sentiments. This allowed for a very efficient and successful trip. To the extent we decide to buy a property in DC, we will certainly look to Phil as our first choice.
