INGREDIENTS
2 cups hot, organic orupgraded black coffee
1 Tbsporganic gelatin powdermixed into 2-3 Tbsp filtered water or 1-2 Tbspcollagen(this doesn't need to be mixed in water)
2 tsp – 2 Tbspbrain octane oil(MCT oil) (please note if you have never had this before, start with 2 tsp and build up your tolerance to it)
1-2 Tbsp grass-fed butter orghee
OPTIONAL ADD INS
Cacao powder, sweetener of your choice to taste,adaptogenic herbs,ceylon cinnamon, meltedcacao butter,turmeric,vanillaetc
GELATIN METHOD
1. Mix the gelatin and water together, set aside and allow it to bloom/ thicken.
2. Add all of your ingredients to a small saucepan and place on a low heat. Stir together until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
3. Now pour the mix into a high powered blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
4. Now pour into 2 mugs and enjoy every sip.
COLLAGEN METHOD
1. Add all of your ingredients (except the collagen)into a high powered blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
2. Now add the collagen powder and blend for 10 seconds on low-medium. This ensure the protein in the collagen isn't damaged.
3. Now pour into 2 mugs and enjoy every sip.
