The businesswoman's pink Ferrari was left mangled after another car smashed into her, forcing her beloved vehicle into a tree on August 8 last year.

She was rushed to hospital and spent weeks recovering.

But Lisa said the worst part of all is the hate she received online - including people saying they wished she died in the smash.

She said: “I got rammed side on and it hit me out of my lane and I crashed into a tree. I was unconscious for a few seconds, I had severe whiplash, bad shoulder, bad back, and bad knee where I’d been squashed into the car. It was really traumatic, the whole experience.

“I had to go to A&E and it was probably one of the worst moments in my life because it was scary and horrific.

"When it happened the airbags went off and when I came round I saw the car was on fire, I wasn’t even sure what had happened.”

Lisa is the founder of Pinkspiration - a company that offers training, workshops and coaching within the construction industry, as well as the director of P1NK Motorsports and Supercars, which proclaims itself Wales' biggest supercar community with over 450 members plus Wales’ first supercar cafe.

The Welsh woman once designed a pink Ferrari for Katie Price, too.

But her own pink motor always drew attention - even more so when it was destroyed.

Snaps of the crumpled car quickly spread like wildfire on social media.

Lisa, from Vale of Glamorgan, explains: “The next day I went online and it had gone viral across the world.

"Initially some people were upset for me because obviously it’s quite a well-known, popular car and it’s a write off.”

She said she started getting targetted by hate - with people making up lies.

Lisa said: “There was so much fake news, like I was drunk driving which is not true because the police did a mandatory breath test at the crash site and it came up zero."

She said some people even said she was filming at the time the smash happened.

The businesswoman continued: "They wrote about me on social media, they sent me messages and emails, and I even had an eight page hate letter.”

Lisa continued “Some people said things like ‘I wish she was dead’, it was awful. It was a shock for me, it did take a huge toll on me.

Lisa Marie Brown & Katie Price

By KATE JACKSON

THEY’RE both pink-obsessed speed demons and successful business women, so it’s no wonder Katie Price and Lisa Marie Brown bonded.

In 2022, we revealed the former glamour model was planning to buy a£179,000 Ferrari- despite still being on adriving ban.

And Lisa was the woman designing it.

She told The Sun: “The Ferrari is the one Katie was interested in but we haven’t finalised the details yet.

“We’ll be looking at that in the next few weeks and making it happen.”

There are a few key requests from Katie, who recently showed off her new figure after herbiggest ever boob job.

Lisa, 41, said: “She really liked the white interior and we’ve got some ideas of how to spec that up.

“She wants something really bold and different, something that will stand out.

“I think that’s why we got on so well.”

Pink-haired Lisa, who works in the construction industry, turns heads around south Wales for her trio of brightpink supercars.

She also races supercars herself and recently made it to the top 50 women in motorsport in the country, in a Formula Women event.

Meanwhile Katie had to wait before she was allowed to drive her new fancy wheels.

She was given atwo-year disqualificationin October 2019 after withholding the identity of the driver of her pink Range Rover during a crash in Bexley, south east London, the previous year.

That was reduced to 18 months on appeal, but was then extended a further six months after a speeding offence.

In September 2021, sheflipped her BMWon a country road whileunder the influence, without insurance and while still disqualified.

Katie escaped jail with a suspended sentence, and was ordered to carry out community service and 20 sessions of rehab and given another driving ban, for two years.

But Lisa, from the Vale of Glamorgan, south Wales, said the car is a treat for when she can return to driving.

She said: “She mentioned the ban but she’s looking towards the future and what’s next when she can get back on the road.”

Then there’s the small matter of how the mum-of-five will pay for the motor, considering she owes £3.2m to creditors after being declaredbankruptin 2019.

Lisa said: “We didn’t talk about anything like that at this stage.

"Initially, it’s just about the design of the supercar. Katie’s passionate about cars, like me, and it’s exciting to collaborate.”

A source told The Sun: “Katie’s planning to pay for the car in installments now she’s back to earning money again after the bankruptcy.”

Katie and Lisa met at an event near Caerphilly, south Wales, while Katie was filming for a Channel 4 programme about mental health, Katie Price: Trauma and Me.

They talked about going to Max Power car events years ago, “when she was the glamour girl and I was just showing off my car,” said Lisa.

Away from the cameras, Lisa was struck by what Katie has been through during the last few years, which not only includes bankruptcy and driving bans, butbreaking both her feeton holiday in Turkey, finding a college for her disabled son,Harvey, and reportedlysplitting with her fiancéCarl Woods.

Lisa said: “She’s a really nice person. Really funny, friendly and outgoing.

“Like a lot of people, she has had a number of challenges over lockdown and wants to make a bit of a difference.

“She was talking about breaking her feet because we were on a side of a mountain and it was half a mile walk around to a castle, where there’s a mental health project.

"She said it’s been life-changing for her trying to get around. It struck me that she’s really resilient, she keeps going and pushing through.”

"I think their behaviour is born out of jealousy and the fact that a young woman has done quite well in life, they wanted to see me fall, that’s what I feel, we’re in a society that looks for a 'rise and fall' story.

“But I’m a real person who is constantly working hard to give back to her community for over 20 years via projects and events to bring people together and especially inspiring youngsters and women to get ahead.

"At the end of the day I’d love to know what these people have been doing for their local community.”

Lisa says that in the months that followed, she sunk to one of the lowest points in he life and "really struggled".

She recalled: "I nearly lost my business. I was at a really low point, I was just constantly fighting with people, so I got into a very low state.

"I think I slept for about two weeks almost straight through because I was so exhausted, it was really tough, a real challenge just to get out of bed.”

But the businesswoman fought back - and said she has a message for the haters.

Lisa's not a 'typical girl'

By KATE JACKSON

Lisa owns the UK’s first ever customised pink Ferrari, pink Porsche Panamera and a limited edition pink McLaren 600LT.

Her home is also kitted out in vibrant splashes of her favourite colour, like a Fendi-inspired wall which has “caused quite a storm” on her social media.

Her partner, who prefers to stay out of the limelight, has apparently “embraced it” too.

Lisa, who had her own show on CardiffTV, Superstars and Supercars, said: “Some of my friends have told me I have to have a party just so they can come and take selfies with my wall.

“The cars are a bit Marmite, you either love them or hate them but they’re definitely a talking point.

“I’m a young woman in the supercar world and I work in a male-dominated area. I also love boxing, so I’m not really a typical girl.

“I just think it’s a good thing to challenge stereotypes - why can’t women go out and design supercars and drive them and be just as successful as everyone else?”

Lisa launched her business, Pinkspiration, in 2011, which provides training and mentoring for women to get into trade industries.

So far, they have helped more than 10,000 women.

During the lockdowns, she began blogging and reviewing supercars as well as setting up her own supercar events.

The last one, Wales Goes Fast And Furious, attracted more than 1,000 people and over 100 cars.

She said: “It’s about getting a community together. We get families, young people, all ages. It’s really exciting although I don’t sleep for four weeks before one!”
