Nach 21 Monaten Bauzeit rollt in Zuffenhausen der letzte Porsche 918 Spyder vom Band. Der 652 kW/887 PS starke Hybrid-Supersportwagen wurde 918-mal gebaut, Stückpreis: knapp 770.000 Euro. Die komplette Produktion ist bereits seit September 2014 ausverkauft.

Ein Verbrennungs- und zwei Elektromotoren treiben den Sportwagen an und schaffen den Spagat zwischen Performance – in 2,6 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km/h oder die Nürburgring-Nordschleife in 6:57 Minuten – und Effizienz: 3,1 Liter Normverbrauch gibt Porsche an.
