Self-pay pricing Office visit $199
Incudes a provider visit, plus any of the following:
- In-house labs
- tdap/tetanus
- Ear irrigation
- EKG
- Medication via injection (excluding vaccines)

- Foreign object removal
- Suture repair and removal
Does not include:
- Outside labs
- Most vaccines
