In addition, rest assured knowing that we accept payment from most major insurance plans, including government plans like Medicare and Medicaid.

Self-pay pricing Office visit $199

Incudes a provider visit, plus any of the following:

  • In-house labs
  • tdap/tetanus
  • Ear irrigation
  • EKG
  • Medication via injection (excluding vaccines)
  • X-ray
  • Foreign object removal
  • Suture repair and removal

Does not include:

  • Outside labs
  • Most vaccines
  • Durable medical equipment (crutches, braces, etc.)
