How to Make Taco Crescents
These crescent bites are SUPER easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook lean ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink and crumbled. Drain excess grease. In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, taco seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese.
Open cans of crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise, making two triangles. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the beef mixture onto the wide end of the crescent dough and roll up. Place crescent rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
