The Last 7 Minutes of our Life (2024)

We have learned and are still learning so much about our lives every day but have you ever wondered what really happens after death?

Today I am going to tell you about the last 7 minutes after your death.

A human beings, after they die, even after their heart has stopped pumping, their brain will still be active. The brain will be active for 7 minutes after you die.

A small study with a group of people who had a near-death experience was in a coma, and almost died but did not die. The testimonial that has been received from them majorly says 3 types of answer.

1- Though everyone thought that I died but I actually didn't die I was alive all the time. I clearly knew everything happened around me but I couldn't react, I felt like I was trapped inside my body and couldn't move but I was conscious

2- I felt like I was in a big dark cave and I saw some light at the end of the cave (Doctors say that it's a medical condition until and unless the blood supply stops reaching your eyes, you will feel these kinds of hallucinations. It is normal for all the human being)

3- The third and most said answer was, your complete life will be played back in the last 7 minutes like a flashback.

After conducting proper research and scanning people's brains before they die, we found that the different types of chemicals in the brain are produced each and every minute.

Dopamine, melatonin, serotonin Etc,.

When your brain decides that it cannot function anymore, it sends a signal to your heart to beat very fast that it will damage itself. The heart suicides itself.

The First Minute:It will show the day that you were born. From the hospital, from the doctor to your mother and to your father. The brain records each and every single event that it sees. The brain's full capacity is 2.5 petabytes (1 petabyte = 1000 Terabyte).

The Second Minute:Some of the happiest moments, beautiful childhood memories about friends, brothers and sisters. First time when you did something which made you happier. Small pleasant and happy moments.

The Third Minute:We think about our entire love life. First love till the last love. Each and every single memory. First kiss, first hugs etc,.

The Fourth Minute:Sad and Lonely moments. We get all the grief memories when we felt completely lonely

The Fifth Minute:Miracles, You think about all the miracle moments that happened in your life. We all have that miracle moment when something happens, and it completely changes our life like the butterfly effect.

The Sixth Minute:Judgment Time. With all the memories of your entire life you will now judge yourself and know if you have actually lived a good or bad life whether you have done good deeds or bad things for others.

The Seventh Minute: This is unpredictable. No one was able to recollect any memory at the last moment. But when scientists researched the brain, they found something fascinating. All the chemicals in the brain, like dopamine, melatonin, serotonin Etc, were rushing and creating a total energy. But still, they were unable to figure out why it was happening.

These 7 minutes are just like living your whole life once again. It's just a little life, and we all will feel this one day. Death is inevitable, and no one can escape from it.

This will be the last movie that we are going to watch in Our Life, Our Movie.

Don't take life too seriously. Forgive people, help others when you can and enjoy little moments till you have them.
