Who ever runs this gym needs togo tothe elpaso tru fit and train the management and staff. This gym was clean everyone was reracking their weights, and the most important thing ofall was the bathroom was clean!

Service was horrible 1st time trying togo website stated 5days pass but then get atext saying 3day pass person who was supposed tohelp was gone for theday.. the whole time staff was ontheir phone.. will never gocompletely unprofessional place.. Iadvise looking for abetter gym

Visiting from ElPaso and Iwas pleasantly surprised athow clean this truffitis. Daycare workers are friendly and thorough. Everyone racks their weights and wipes down machines. Highly recommend

If Icould give 0stars, Iwould. This gym isdisgusting interms ofmanagement and machines, many are broken and ithas veryfew. You have toqueue touse them and the childcare isthe same. All the women who are just sitting onthe cell phone without taking care ofthe children. My22months old daughter came back with abig bite and abump onher nose. She isnot violent, much less aggressive, and they didn't doanything tome, much less allow meto talk toa manager. IfI wereyou, Iwould not come tothis place. Inaddition, they charge your card without your authorization and they charge double. Donot waste your time ormoney here, much less bring your children.… – show

They need azero rating. The negative comments below about SWMilitary Drlocation are very accurate. I’m not surprised because John the “Little Weasel” isstill working for the company. Yes Icalled him this when they first tried opening because hewas using mycard without myauthorization. The gym wasn’t open with permits and hecontinued tocharge myaccount for two members. Hegot mad because Icalled him alittle weasel Lol Helies tomeet his #s and I’m not surprised this place isghetto.As long ashe works there Iwill continue toshare how hescammedus. Don’t understand why people complain about being scammed when myreview clearly states below what hedid before the gym ever opened. ️… – show

If Icould give 0stars Iwould. Literally the worst customer service Ihave ever experienced. Ihave been trying tocancel mymembership since January and they have a30day wait period tocancel soeven ifyou submit the paperwork they won't cancel itfor the next month and will still chargeyou. I've been trying tospeak tothe general manager Amber Lopez and have left messages and not gotten acall back. Iwas told tocome tothe location the next day and that she would bethere. She wasnt there and all the other employees said they could not help meand that Iwould have tocome Monday when she would bethere. They are also charging mea 50annual fee even though Iam trying tocancel mymembership.… – show

I've been going tothis gym since itopened. Iused togo inthe afternoons. Lately Ihave switched to5Amworkouts. Inthe afternoons Iwould noticed itwas messy but Ifigured you know asthe day goes people make amess. However at5am, right when the gym opens there are paper towels all over the floor, trash isnot emptied, nopaper towel inthe dispensers, and nosanitize spray. While Iwas using amachine today there was acookie wrapper onthe floor aswell.....like noone cleans this gym and they don't even prep with the materials towipe our machines down.… – show

Gym isokay. Alot ofequipment isbroken and the bathrooms are usually pretty dirty. IfI’m paying for afacility Iwant tomake sure Ican use all ofit .
Otherwise, it’s got agood array ofequipment and Ilike the ladies workout room. Not amazing but notbad.

Decent gym for being trufit
Dumbbells goup to120
2cable stations
2or3Smith machines
Deadlift and powerlifting stations
Machines are ingood condition
Has adecent selection ofmachines but only about 1machine ofeach (1pec deck, 1shoulder press machine).
No issues with staff and the environment was good toget aworkoutin.00

The assistant manager was arrogant and spoke down tome like Iwas ignorant; one ofthe employee's told mywife toput out sanitation wipes, assuming she was another employee, and when Icalled tospeak with Amanda, the manager about mydisgust with the whole situation Iwas addressed asbro Tome, that's very unprofessional, and Iwouldn't recommend thatgym. And needless tosay, Iwas never able tospeak with the manager. The location ison military drive; perhaps another location might bebetter.… – show
