Kemal Dinç was born in 1970 in Istanbul. Dinç emigrated to Germany  in the 1980s. He gave his first recital at Vienna at the age of sixteen. After graduating from  Sulzback  Music Vocational High School Rosenberg School of Music,  he completed his master’s degree in 1997 at Leipzig Felix Mendelssohn’s  Classical Music Department at the School of Music and Theather . He wrote compositions for theather plays (Nazım Hikmet, Don Quixote). He worked as Codarts Conservator of World Music Academy (Rotterdam) as a Head of Department and Assistant Professor at 2005-2015. He has several albums called Lir ve Ateş, Bağlama için Denemeler and Geleneksel Yorumlar. In  2003, the Concert  Concerto called Dasein/Varoluş which he composed together the Augsburg Philhrmonic was performed. He had a duo album with Ahmet Aslan called Duo. His recent album Istanbul Live Concert is promoted by BGST Records.
