COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Leave steak at room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking. To Shallow Fry: Add a little oil to a pan and heat on a high setting. Season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and sear on both sides for 1 minute. Lower heat to a medium to high heat and continue to cook for the following times, turning occasionally: Rare 4 - 7 minutes; Medium: 7 - 9 minutes; Well done: 9-11 minutes. To Grill: Preheat grill to a high heat. Season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and place under the grill for the following tmes, turning occasionally during cooking: Rare: 5 - 8 minutes; Medium: 8 -10 minutes; Well done: 10 - 13 minutes. Once cooked cover the steak, keep warm and allow to rest for 2 mins.
