Dr. Hassan Monfard is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced. He took his time and thoroughly examined me. He explained my x-rays. He explained the treatment that is best for me to heal. He listened to me. What a great experience!

I was so impressed by Dr Monfared's intelligence and quick assessments and evaluation. As I left he had already entered a long note in My Chart, and written an extensive and detailed note about the visit to my primary MD. He explained the tentative plan of care well.

Given that my health issues are not complete; thus far, I have had good experience with this doctor.

The provider was very good, but I will state again, that Emory Healthcare has a scheduling problem and it should be addressed. There with others that waited at least as long as I did and based on their apparent age and physical condition it was unfortunate that their appointment was late as well.

The doctor was excellent .

Dr. M is very good, very thorough no complaints at all, just some suggestions for the system and office staff (see previous comments). Office staff was not visible and I had to seek her out. When a doctor is running that far behind the staff should be aware and update the patients waiting, I was not the only patient waiting, there were others affected as well.

Oh my he was great! Figured out what my problem was during my appointment and advised me of next steps and possible alternatives to help me. Ordered MRI to confirm cause. I should have seen him three years ago.

Dr. Monfared spent plenty of time testing, measuring, checking previous MRIs and X-rays, then discussing what he found, what I had tried in the past, and with what treatment he suggested I needed to proceed.

Wrong orders submitted for MRI of neck. Someone submitted MRI of lower back. This error all at my expense! Pretty disappointed in level of customer service.

Dr. Monfared seemed rushed. The information he gave me about the possibility of seasoning the nerve believed to be causing my pain seemed inconsistent. His accent, combined with the mask, made it difficult to understand him. I actually left feeling as though the visit was a waste of my time. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but my pain is severe and I'm incredibly frustrated.
