My care provider was Dr. Randy Katz. I have been a seeing Dr Katz for over 20 years for different problems. During these 20 plus years he has treated me for my left knee, right hip, both elbows, shoulders, left hand thumb and this time for right hand thumb. He always allows me time to explain the problem in my own words. And then, explains to me the treatment options. I am Very Happy that Dr. Katz has been my attending physician all these years.

Dr katz was grest had humor and ready to discuss my issue.He understood my distress the non stroke side waa affected is my biggest fear come true

A few months ago, I recommended a friend of mine to see Dr. Katz, who was having an issue that she could not seem to get under control. She saw him got an appointment fairly soon through Dr. Gotchalk, who is her doctor for another issue. Dr. Katz treated my friend sent her to PT and she is I would say 95% better and I would say 100% after finishing her rehab.

Dr Katz is simply marvelous. Listens, reads my updated records before he sees me. Is thorough, a true professional who cares about his patients. Your medical staff are the best assets. Your reputation is surviving in spite of admin creationists

He did recommend injection and where I could go and get them from but I was not told what exactly why it happen

I want to Say Thank You to Dr Katz. He Listened to my concerns and followed through scheduling another MRI. Having me do X-rays and Physical Therapy. I appreciate his care and with my concern. He took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed during the appointment

The office seemed very busy. I was moved form room to room until it was finally my turn. Perhaps Dr Katz was over booked or given limited time to see his patients?

Thankful that Dr. Katz listened to me about my new neck pain symptoms since I have degenerative spine disease and ordered cervical MRI.

Most of the appointment was antiquated misunderstandings of VA community care process from prior to 2014 VA Choice Act and differences in healthcare between West Coast to South. Dr Katz kept insisting, or claiming first he'd heard, of VA paying for or referring patients for all of what I had been receiving for over 10 years now elsewhere. It was very counterproductive. He ignored many indications of statements to look at only the most obvious of physical evidence ignoring o4 being unfamiliar with connective tissue impact with Ehlers-Danlos on function even with apparent healthy bone structure. He did a little more than others have here, but considerably worse than West Coast and Intermountain providers, frequently claiming people don't practice at all what I found frequently and with minimal research and effort since 2005 to 2022 in 4 states prior to moving here.

There is no comparison, Dr. Katz is wonderful and gifted and I wish I could clone him and move him to the Auburn/Opelika metro area. No matter what it takes, I will continue to drive to Atlanta to see him for as long as I can. Excellent doctor!!!I recommended him to two people in my Opelika doctor's waiting room this morning.

Dr. Randy Katz went above and beyond when, after my examination, he not only discussed my results and needed therapy, he actually took the time to locate a PT location that is near where I live and takes my insurance.

Dr. Katz's encounter was very good. He listened, took history, did a focused exam and explained the treatment plan. The only improvement here should have been an explanation by someone why Dr. Katz was so late for the appointment. There were no other patients waiting to be seen, so I don't know what the delay was about.

Dr Katz is always explain and litsen all of my concern and I am greaateful all of his knowledge and profesionalism.

I understand that the symptoms I have relating to my back issues are not the typical symptoms with a back issue, but no one considered that my symptoms could be caused by the severity of my pain causing my blood pressure to spike into extremely high numbers top/bottom when my pain is at its worse. This should not be overlooked or devalued when a patient is speaking on their symptoms, experience or situation.

He was very kind and friendly. Just wish he spent a little more time discussing treatment.
